Museum's
collection
The museum is located in Sts. Johns’ Church, in the centre of
Vilnius University’s old architectural ensemble. The museum stores many
valuable collections of numismatics, medals and graphic works. There are
many collections rich in the exhibits of pictorial art, sculpture,
manuscripts, books and material records as well.

The exhibition displays the development of law, humanitarian, natural and
hard sciences in the University of Vilnius in 1579 - 1842.

The exposition encompasses the period from the beginning of teaching the
course of higher medicine in Vilnius University to the closure of Vilnius
