The expositions feature police

hand-devised tools, counterfeit money, empty contraband bottles of “vodka”;
newspapers, documents, police costumes used for cultural events and
parades, awards for sporting competitions including Final Cups, medals,
diplomas and photographs; prisoners’ innovative inventions such as a
syringe hidden in a piece of soap, a pocket-knife enclosed in a tube of
toothpaste, and an awl wound inside of a shoestring. The major part of the
exhibition consists of police work tools including old telephones, antique
sticks for traffic regulation, the first radio sets, etc.
In the inner yard one can currently see obsolete means of transportation
for policemen: a motorcycle “Ural” (1978), and automobiles “Gaz”,
“Barkas”, “Uaz”, “Vaz”, and “Raf” made between 1986 and
1992.
