There will be demonstration of:

Prehistoric crafts:

  • Spinning, twisting of winded bands, sewing, needlecraft;
  • Yarn and cloth dyeing with natural dyestuff;
  • Amber processing, Neolithic amulet production;
  • Stone axes and figures production;
  • Production out of flint;
  • Casting of bronze articles;
  • Archaic ceramic production;
  • Archaic food production;
  • Production of linden bark baskets;
  • Production out of bone;
  • Demonstration of archaic musical instruments;
  • Music and rituals, ways of making up the fire, jewelry making;
  • Bavarian yard;
  • Yard of Krivichi tribe: food, ceramic and wooden production, ritualistic making up the fire;
  • Archers;
  • Stone age hunting camp: hunting tools, making up the fire, skin milling.

Early Medieval crafts:

  • Tar production and usage;
  • Catapulting;
  • Fishermen’s camp: dugout making, netting, music;
  • Thrown ceramic production;
  • Carpenters. 13th - 14th cent. construction;
  • Wooden production;
  • Old apiculture and mead production;
  • Old brewery production;
  • Iron smelting out of swamp ore;
  • Smithery, weapons production;
  • Old medicine;
  • Herbalist, bathing in a tub, fulling-mill;
  • Tin articles, casting, casts making;
  • Jewellery products, casting;
  • Glass beads making, jewellery products;
  • Manufacture of clothes and shoes;
  • Production out of antler and bone;
  • Products out of birch bark;
  • Production out of antler and leather;
  • Coin minting, jewellery products
  • Writing on waxed plates;
  • Production out of antler, arrows and arches.

Old military skills:
“Jantar” (Poland), “Kniažy guf” (Belarus), “Varingis” (Vilnius).

Old music:
ensembles “Kulgrinda”, “Jievaras”, “VISI”, “Atalyja”, Rugiaveide and folk group “Sedula”, “Fidelius” (Germany).
